A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
The 6 m Luxury Glamping Dome starts at R150,000 for the dome only, or R350,000 for the fully completed setup with a raised deck, bedroom and bathroom areas, services and installation. The Wood & Glass Dome starts at R450,000.
Dome Only is the 6-metre structure with its frame, PVC cover, insulation, panoramic section, curtains, solar extractor fan and door. The Fully Completed Setup adds the raised wooden deck, separate bedroom and bathroom areas, a tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, electrical wiring, plumbing, connection to nearby water and sewage, and installation.
A dome-only installation takes about 1 to 2 days. A fully completed dome setup takes about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the site.
The deck lets rainwater drain away and air circulate under the dome, which protects it from water infiltration and moisture damage. The deck is included in the Fully Completed Setup and excluded from Dome Only.
