The 20 ft home is supplied unfurnished; furniture shown in its photos and layout is for illustration only. Images across the collection show finish and setting examples. Appliances, decks, landscaping and external structures, and inclusions for other models, are confirmed in your quotation.
The illustrated 20 ft home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. For 40 ft, brochure options include three bedrooms with one bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Ask for the order plans for your preferred option. Dome layouts are discussed individually.
The 40 ft brochure gives an estimated made-to-order lead time of three months. Current manufacturing and delivery timing is confirmed in your quotation; ask us about timing for other models.
